Why do we kill each other ?
Is a book worth a war ?

Take a look at yourself,
At what it is you do.
Should you really be killing others ?
Should they be trying to kill you ?

In all of your various books,
This message stands out clear.
Off all of your Gods creations,
Humanity is held the most dear.

You say you are a believer.
That you follow a righteous path.
Your excuse for your atrocities ?
You're executing your Gods wrath.

This "all powerful" figurehead,
Who created all within sight,
Leads you to killing other humans.
Is that really a guiding light ?

I truly hope your God exists,
For I hope the day will come,
When you kneel before Him in judgement,
When He totals up your sum.

The passion of your convictions is admirable,
But your actions leave me aghast.
The pointless waste of any life,
Should become part of our past.

Why do we still do this ?
