This is awesome!! Seriously, I'm that guy who, at restaurants, picks up the kale garnish off other's plates preaching to them as to how healthy it is while choking it down with a painful grimace on my face. Perhaps the recipes will provide me some "kale relief" and I can start actually enjoying the flavor along with the benefits.
