Amazing how the time flys!! Well, the Wench has just stepped back onto English soil after galavanting round the Med for a fortnight ...... bet she's impressed with the weather.

I suppose this means it's time for me to clear up all the beer cans and paper plates (yeah, I ran out of dishes last week sometime). I hope she managed to get her clothes cleaned on the boat because our washing machines literally at bursting point ...... mind you, if I take the cat out there'll be room for another weeks clothes in there :|

I must admit, I actually attempted the hoovering one day, the ashtrays had got kicked over one to many times , and the floor was a tad full. I dunno how anyone can use one of those things, I mean, why don't the put the handle at an angle so you can push it round .... it'd be far easier then the current straight-up handle ...... I guess it was designed by a man.

Anyway, those of you who actually know The Mighty V will know that she [i]actually relaxes[/i] by doing the housework, so, in my own little way, I'm just trying to extend her holiday :|

Well, I'd better go make the most of my last day of freedom, I'm fairly sure the pubs open by now.
